When you're looking for the deep, hearty flavors of fall but don't have the time for a roast or a braise, consider this fast and easy menu featuring the earthy flavors of bresola and wild mushrooms followed by sweet, tender (ideally fresh-picked) pears. Each of the courses comes together quickly, perfect for a spontaneous Friday night gathering or a post soccer match supper.
